Hello everyone! I am thinking of doing the Fat Smash program but I havent bought the book yet...as I was looking at people's posts I noticed alot of you guys talk ing about whole grains and oatmeal...well I am allergic to wheat (and all oats) and was wondering how this program would work for me (before I bought the book!) Also I have very bad IBS
and cant eat alot of veggies (like cabbage, broccoli ext) So do you guys think I can still do this program and do well on it??
