  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and double serving of peaches cooked in

    Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread toasted with smart balance and 2 pieces FF Borden's american cheese (points for whole thing. It was the best I could be)

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie (milk and one serving cherries)

    Dinner: Steak on the grill, sweat potato, double serving of green beans, homemade applesauce
  • Breakfast - apple cake, banana
    lunch - chicken stew, grapes
    snack - yougurt
    dinner - grilled shrimp, brown rice, veggie
  • Breakfast: nothing

    Lunch: nothing

    Dinner: everything!
