Hi Everyone!

I just signed up for this site a few days ago while looking for info on the Fat Smash Diet. I know a couple who have gotten great success in thier first phase, so thought I'd give it a try. Right now I'm looking for info on the eating plan(until I can get the book), but am only finding recipies. I copied many of them but would love if anyone had some general rules I can start on this weekend.

Welcome Cherry!! Come over to the Fat smash subforum..ITs under General diets, Fat Smash. You can read through the posts and get a general idea and I would be glad to answer any questions you may have, thats what I did till I got the book. I have been doing Fat smash for a month now, and I'm down 28 pounds.
