I'm a 15 year old in high school. I've been trying to lose weight for sometime now and I finally need help. I'm in school between 7-3(including travel time back and forth) and then from about 4-10 I can workout. I cant go to a gym cause we live in the middle of nowhere and I want to know if there's anything I can do that will take the weight off faster. I want to lose 2lbs a week at most.
