anywho, i'm not sure where to start in changing my diet to a more diabetic friendly one. i eat way too much crap (i wouldnt be here otherwise right), but then, i also tend to have good days. i've tried WW and it kind of works, but lately, i just seem to be putting weight on. i'm fearful of whats going to happen if i dont get my weight and my mindset under control.
i'm rambling i know .. but i was hoping if someone out there would be able to help me?
i'm in australia too, so i dont really understand lbs and ounces but i'm sure i can learn
