A friend of mine started taking digestive enzymes because she always felt sick after eating and thought it was a digestion problem. They really helped her. She also mentioned that they make you *very* regular, so be prepared for that.
I took a multivitamin for a while on the advice of a dietician, but I just stopped because I can't be bothered. It bothers me to be taking a "pill" every day even though I know it's not really the same thing as medecine. Plus, they smell bad.

I've heard that some people who take multis actually get a lot more vitamins than they need and this can be bad for you... I know some people take children's vitamins for this reason. Anyway, as you can see I don't know much about this so I'll leave it at that
