I have rheumatoid arthritis and my rheumy suggested following a Mediterranean diet, that it is proven to ease inflammation and ease RA symptoms. Is there a good book to learn about this? I bought a cookbook and it's a LOT different than I usually cook but sounds good. I've dabbled with some med. foods but not as a complete lifestyle. With having to add in prednisone this last week, I think it's time I do more than count calories; I need a "healing" program.
