I am hoping that someone can help me.
At what point do you change the points per serving on zero point foods to one and up?
Example: a 1/2 cup of _____ is zero points but one cup is 1 point? etc...

here are a couple tips my leader gives:
1) for every 0 point food that IS NOT a zero point veggie put a mark in your journal and for every 4-5 add 1 point to your day
2) if you eat more than 1 serving of a zero point food other than zero point veggies total up the cal/fat/fiber and then figure points. While 1 serving may be 0 points 2 servings may be 1 point.
