I lost 14 pounds. I was going to do phase 1 then be a calorie counter, but I enjoy this plan and its working well. I think a few people record their intake on fitday.
I started Phase 1 today too!!!! I am not counting calories...but I know I am eating way less than I usually do. I can't wait to see how much I do lose in 9 days!!!
Congratulations for thinking about starting Fat Smashing! On Phase 1, I lost 4 pounds. I started at 152.8 and ended it at 148.8. I kinda wanted to loose more, but overall, I was pleased with my results. I'm not even a week in to Phase 2 and already down almost 2 pounds again, so I'm really pleased with this plan. It's working really well for my lifestyle. I'm not counting calories, but I do track WW points too, and it seems that I'm eating around 15 points a day, which seemed a bit low for me, but I was really full, and I was loosing, and I was following the plan.
