Weigh-in Monday 9-25

    Say goodbye to the 160s, Hello to the 150s....hopefully it won't be a long visit, because I have to see the 140s soon!
    I started the 8 minutes in the morning this morning. It didn't seem that bad. I just hate doing it in the morning!

  • I was off plan this weekend, so Monday WI wasn't that great. But today I am down to 183.5, which is where I was last week. I am satisfied with that considering I was "bad" Sat & Sun. I think I am goign to change my WI day to midweek. I always found that to work better for me. Gives me a chance to recover from any weekend excesses.

    Anyhow, work is CRAZY for me right now! So I may not be around a whole bunch, but I am still staying OP!!
