clams

    Anyways,

    What recipes do you have for fresh clams? I like full flavor foods...

    (Nothing fried please)

    I've never cooked with fresh clams before. It will be interesting to see if anyone has any ideas
  • You can steam them with garlic and herbs and a little white wine or Lemon Juice
    White or Red Clam Sauce
    Shuck them and eat raw with lemon Juice (only if very fresh, ask purveyor )
    Manhatten Clam Chowder
    Broil them or Grill them and serve with veggies
    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    I like the new frozen in the shell and shucked for my sauce.
