Has anyone else caught in the Biggest Loser site on the overview of their diet page, it says to figure how many calories you need to maintain your weight is your weight x 7 calories! This is copied and pasted from the site -
"How Many Calories Do You Need?
We have a simple formula for you, put together by the Biggest Loser doctors and nutritionists. Grab your calculator; here's the arithmetic:
Your present weight X 7 = Your daily caloric needs for weight loss"
That means for me to maintain my weight I can have 1190 cals a day. If I get down to my goal of 130 I can only have 910 calories. No wonder I have to starve myself to lose weight. This is kind of upsetting but it makes sense in a way. I have to eat less than 1000 calories a day to lose even with exercise.

. Allways is better increase exercise in order to obtain a higher calories deficit than eat less
.
