fitness water

  • Does anyone know if fitness water by Gatorade is ok for the fat smash diet in phase II? It's 25 calories / bottle and has lots of vitamins and even calcium. It fills me up and curbs my appitite.

  • If you go by the book, you'd probably want to avoid it in P2. The calories in the propel come from sugar. You can have up to 4 teaspoons of sugar in P3, though. One teaspoon of sugar contains 15 calories, so you could base your propel limit on that.
