Water Question



  • Have those of you that are on WW noticed that the more water you drink the more weight you seem to lose.

    I have been drinking about 4-6 24oz bottles a day, and been on WW for 3 days.

  • Water helps with the retention of water. the more you stay hydrated the less you retain thus yes a result of a loss of weight.
  • Yes, I've noticed that when I don't drink my water, usually the next day I'm bloated. Water has really been the key for me.
