    Ok Here it goes...

    I am Rejoining Weight Watchers tomorrow!

    I have been away for 6 weeks now. I just found out there is a new meeting about 5 miles from my house. That is great because I was driving 45 minutes to get to the one I was going to. Now that School has started, I can not go to that meeting anyways. I have to have my daughter at her PreK class at 1 pm. The meeting is at 12:00. so there is no way i can bet back in time. I thought about going back to my Thursday night meeting but It is 1/2 hour away. And the roads are not nice and Winter is on its way. So the close meeting will be good.

    My friend is joining with me. And her Aunt goes to the meetings already. so I think this tiem will be different. I am ready, and have friends to work the plan with me. I know that support is the most important thing in weight loss. I belong to a couple groups but that support isnt as good as real people being in your face because you are not eating something you should be. It will be fun!

  • Fooled Ya!
    So I go to the meeting last night. I found out it is a pay ahead thing. I wasnt prepared for that. I just assumed it was a pay as you go meeting like I always have done. So I did not get weighed in. I will be more able financially to join next week.

    I am tracking my points though. I got a Quik Trak book to do that with...So At least I will be on plan. I will stay on track...And track everything!

    My friend that went with me wants to join, so I will do what I can to pay for it. It is hard because I am a part time worker in a small store and make minimum wage. I work when my husband is home so our daughter doesnt have to be in day care. It works out great. It just limits my ability to work more hours. But I dont mind.

    Today was good so far. I plan on doing Flex, But eating Core foods. So I should do good.

    On my scale at home I weighed 225.8 pounds.

    Todays menu so far...

    Breakfast: 11.5 pts
    *2 cups Whole Wheat Pasta 6 pts
    *1/2 cup sauce 2 pts
    (Sauce consists of Ragu thick and chunky, 1 can garbanzos, 1 can corn, 1/2 can olives diced and 2 small cans Mushrooms.)
    *2 oz. chicken breast that was poached in the sauce 2 pts
    *1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese 1.5 pts

    snack: 2 pts
    1 cup FF Soy MIlk 1 pts
    1 packet Sugar Free Hot Cocoa 1 pt

    Lunch: 6 pts
    Cambells Select Italian Wedding soup 4 pts
    2 cups Salad greens with 1/2 large tomatoes 0 pts
    2 tbsp FF dressing 1 pts
    Croutons 1 pt

    Dinner: (5 Points)
    1 Flat out bread (1)
    2 oz. Xlow fat Ham (1)
    Lettuce, tomoato, onions, Banana Peppers(0)
    FF Kraft Mayo (0)
    2 tbsp FF Ranch(1)
    1 cup Asian Beef cup of Soup(2)

    Snack: 5 points
    1.5 oz. Chicken Breast (1.5)
    A couple of potato logs (.5)
    Banana (1)
    South Beach Bar(2)

    Total Points: 29.5 (3 points are flex 32 Points left)

    106 oz of water.

    Pay ahead meeting only? Was it an at work session? I've never heard of a session that was "only" pay ahead?
  • Rose...It was a At Work thing, but there are 25+ people and only 3 people are Hospital workers. Go Figure?

    I went way over today...that is not normal. but I was really hungry and tomorrow is our shopping day. so the only lunch meat I had was Hard Salami. I can not eat that with out some chips. So I had some. No more the rest of the week.

  • So today when I got on the scale I was pleasently surprised. It said...223.
    Yesterday I had a bad day. I ate fine all day but last night I started binging. I ate all kinds of things...I thought I would blow that loss I was working on but I am down .6 this morning...Yay!

    I will be back tomorrow for my food lists.

  • Weigh in last week showed a 1.5 pound loss. I will take that.

    Tomorrow is weigh in again. I am not sure I did that well this week. I was trying to do Core because I was so busy, I just could not find time to count points. No time to measure mostly. I think I did good but then I had trouble on Monday. I kind of guessed what points everything cost. It looked good points wise if My measurements were close. So we will see what happens tomorrow. It is not an official weigh in...our leader is away this week and we dont have a sub so she asked us if we would like to meet anyways as a group. That will be nice.
