Food day so far: well, i had that pitch-in and have already used 33 points today...so it looks like extra hard work at the gym tonight - and low point vegee something for dinner!!

Hi Keri, I am at work and bored. I am in the process of planning a meeting while sitting at the desk. I sprained my ankle on Monday and it has been sore every since. As for me I am a nurse,50 y.o., 5'7" and 231 lb., I suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, high triglycerides, arthritis, RSD, depression, neuropathy, RLS and nocturnal seizures. Sound like a catch don't I. Ha, Ha.

how has your day been so far - as far as food goes?: Food - still waiting for my food to register. I don't like to eat a lot on WI mornings so I had my bran muffins and a bit of water and coffee. Then came back from mtg and had a yummy Healthy Choice Chicken Fetticine and cantalope and yogurt. But I still feel hungry. I'm drinking a glass of water trying to hold out on more food. I do have some baby tomatoes if necessary

Hi Girls! I'm lurking around...bored out of my mind! My name is Erica, i'm also 27, from Ohio. A stay at home mom. Kids are having a snack at the moment and I could be cleaning but just not in the mood lol. Day is going good, can't wait until hubby gets home so I can get my alone time and take a walk. Funny how that walk has become the highlight of my day...never would have thought it! My food day has been kinda lame...need to get to the store soon, running out of options! But still on track (i'm a calorie counter). Have a great day girls!!

how has your day been so far - as far as food goes?: Not too bad. Started with an english muffin for breakfast, granola bar for a midmorning snack. Found myself in Walmart when the lunch bell went off in my stomach so I headed to Blimpie in the front of the store before I did something stupid like eat a box of Ding Dongs! 4" sub with baked chips, 7points. Total points used as of this minute: 11, 17 left for dinner/snack/whatever.

Other than food, my day is going pretty good. Had one of my favorite groups of kiddos this morning, then went to Kohls to look for a bday gift. Ended up shopping for me instead!!! On a lark I decided to try on these crop pants that were clearanced in a size 16W. When this ball started rolling in August, I wore all 20's, but many of them were too tight. Anyway, the 16's were a bit snug, but they went over my butt/hips just fine, and they hooked without sucking it in! YES!!!! Didn't like them anyway, so I put them back. But, then I walked into the missy dept and found a cute shirt in an XL. Again, I thought what the heck and tried it on....it fit just right, with room to spare!!! YIPPEE!! I know this sounds like a little thing, but I haven't purchased anything that wasn't in the women's department in 13 years. I'm way psyched!

how has your day been so far - as far as food goes?:My day so far hasn't been too bad considering I've been off plan for a week now. I have finished eating for the day and still have 2 points left over. Drinking my water, and going to do 40 minutes on the elliptical in about 20 minutes. I would like to maintain at my next meeting if possible.

I would like to fit into maybe all the clothes I have in my closet again. I do fit into a couple pairs of jeans that I couldn't for awhile.

Just try and hang in there. Walk around or do something like knitting to keep your mind off of the food. Great job keep going.

how has your day been so far - as far as food goes?: Well, I am bored out of my mind, due to the back injury I try to change postions every couple of hours so the back does not tighten up. I have been good with the food and have only had 10 points today, I am limiting the fluid in take though too hard to get up and down to the br. Now to plan Dinner!
