  • How to post your weigh ins
    OK, ladies to end all of the confusion, this is how weekly weigh in is going to work.

    Starting weight (or week 1) will run from 9/17- 9/23. All starting weights are due by this Saturday night, September 23rd.

    Week 2 will run from Sunday, September 24th - Saturday, September 30th, again all weights are due on Saturday night. We will tally how much weight each team lost and post it on Sunday, October 1st.

    This will continue each week. We know everyone has a different weigh in day, so just post whenever you weigh in.

    Please remember to post only in your team's stats thread. And also please feel free to talk in the Chat Thread.

    Also, when you post your start weight ( which I know some of you have already done but we will need you to do it again, sorry) please copy and paste the following in your post:

    Week 3 - started the nutritionist's plan on Sat - 4 days on it and lost 2 lbs! Yippee!
    Week 4 - I should be happy with another 2 lb drop, but it seems so light-weight. But, I'll take it!
    Week 5 - Yay!! 3 lb loss!
    Week 6 - a 1 lb loss. Not the greatest, but with a positive preg. test on Sunday, I think I'll take it. Nutritionist says I can stay on the plan for at least the first trimester so we'll see.
    Week 7 - 1 lb loss - I'll take it!
    Week 8 - no loss
    Wk 9/10/11/12 - Sorry I am dropping out, but I cannot diet now. Still Pregnant!
