  • ok everyone, i think we need a few rules for simplicity.

    1. Chat must stay in desinated chat thread.(will be closing current thrad and starting new ones)
    2. re: weigh -ins. there will be a WEEKLY thread for EACH team with the dates of that week and we all must post our start weight by sat. 9-23 and our updfated progress by the following saturdays.

    ALSO, to make it easier i think everyone should copy and paste this on their post and update it weekly:

    Starting Weight: 180.00
    Goal: 155.0 (25 lbs. loss)
