    After seeing tons of posts asking how to change your Weight-Loss ticker, I decided to post a mini-tutorial.
    This ONLY works for 3FC Tickers. (Not tickerfactory ect..)

    Okay, one more question, CassyCat. How do I change the S/C/G that's below my avatar? I have a typo there and the info is wrong. I was able to change my ticker. Thanks. Deb
