Whatcha Eatin Wednesday Menu, September 13, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: No clue

    Snack: Large Kiwi

    Dinner: Core Meat Sauce, ww rotini, double serving of fresh green beans

    Snack: Orange dreamsicle
  • Brunch: Red River Cereal and fruit salad
    Snack: Apple
    Dinner: Left over roasted chicken and vegetables; salad

    What else? I don't know yet but not much because I caved in to a delicious piece of Chocolate cake yesterday. If wine isn't a fruit, is chocolate NOT a vegetable?

    Hehehe..now you know why I exercised so much yesterday

  • i agree. chocolate is core. the only reason wine isn't is because it doesn't include the skin of the grapes.
