  • morning chickies!! We're going out tonight so I'm planning my day really well.

    B-yogurt w/banana and nuts
    L-bean quesadilla w/side salad
    D-something yummy but sensible
    S-pepper strips
  • Good morning. I swear, I am up and down, up and down.

    B- wg toast w/pb
    L- bad choice - my husband took me to lunch at mexican rest. I ate the chicken quesada w/ no cheese and refried beans, but I ate chips and salsa
    D- I made the wg pizza crust, batmomm, delicious!! Topped it with turkey pepperoni, peppers, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and some lf mozz. cheese. homeade pizza sauce, it was really, really good

    B-yogurt w/bananas and nuts
    L-leftover frozen lasagna w/large salad of lettuce, red pepper & tomato
    D-BBQ chicken quesadillas, 1/2 chicken/bacon/ranch wrap, munched on a few fries, few bites of my sons grilled cheese,
    S-peppermint patty

    I'm like you, certainly not terribly eating but a little more freedom than there probably needs to be to lose. I think we make great maintainers, lol
