  • Monday- Walked on the treadmill.
  • Monday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Tuesday-Walked on treadmill.
  • Tuesday--20 minutes of spin (stationary bike), 25 minutes of strength training.
  • Wed.- Walked on treadmill.
  • 30 minutes of Yoga/Pilates.
  • Thursday: 35 minute walk
  • Thursday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Monday- Walk Strong(30 min cardio and strength intervals)
    Tuesday- Walk Strong
    Wednesday- Walk Strong(lol..I was trying to use it a few times before sending back to Netflix)
    Thursday- 3 mile WATP
  • Thursday: 30 minutes water aerobics ( and I am willing to bet the COLDNESS of the water burned extra calories! )
  • Friday: 30 minute walk
  • Friday- Made it 5 days on the treadmill....
  • Oops, forgot to post yesterday--I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine, 25 minutes of strength training.
