P1: Hot Salsa

  • 12 lg. tomatoes
    5 sweet peppers (can use green peppers)
    4 hot peppers
    4 onions
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Splenda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper

    Chop tomatoes, peppers, onions. Add rest of ingredients. Boil until fairly thick, about 1 hour. Depends on the water in the tomatoes. Put into jars and store in refrigerator. Makes 6 pints.
