How things have changed for me...

  • I saw something similar to this on a runners thread, but I am not a runner LOL...

    So I have been back on the wagon for about 2 weeks and with reasonable goals, excercise and eating correctly here is how I know things have changed for the better for me.

    I no longer fear walking up steps. I actually think of it as a micro workout

    I have little to no back and knee pain. Getting up and sitting down isn't an ordeal.

    I don't have that stuffed bloated feeling I seemed to constantly walk around with.

    I get excited when my newest Walk away the pounds DVD comes in the mail

    I stop thinking walking 4 miles is not some type of torture tactic

    I love sweating.

  • Wow, if this is how your life has improved after two weeks, imagine how much better it will get as time goes on and you lose even more weight Thanks for sharing.
