That I've started Weight Watchers (again). It just feels like everyone is watching and waiting for me to fall off. I know if I pre-measure and bring it all in to work pre-measured people won't be realizing it until I look thinner
But I do like to have some things here at work that are healthy alternatives and will keep the "hungries" away. Two that I like to have are lf cottage cheese and yogurt. I buy them in the big containers to help my budget and they can stay here at work for a few weeks. What do I do about measuring them?
Counting out 15 small Fat Free Wheat Thins is not an issue nor is eating a small apple but I'm a little perplexed on how I can overcome the measuring cup items? Any thoughts ? I'm sure someone here has overcome this obstacle?
