Pizza? Wings? Help!

  • They are ordering lunch for us today at work. I get 20 points per day and am hoping to at least be able to eat 1 slice with 1 wing. (I am at 0 points so far today)
Can anyone tell me what is an acceptable amount of food so I'll still be able to eat dinner tonight? I also still have all 35 of my flex points, too.
    Thanks!
  • There is a database here as well as CalorieKing's site to use to get someinfo.

Do you know where they are getting the pizza? Wings?

Do you know what is on the pizza and type of crust? Do you know if the wings are naked, type of sauce, breaded?

Too many factors right for us to give you some idea when we don't know what we are talking about.

Pizza slices for cheese could be from 4 to 10 points each; wings could be 1-6 points each.
  • well 1 sl. pizza is 6 pomts(it also helps if you blot the grease) and 1 wing is one point so not too bad.
  • Andrea, you really can't say that for a fact especially on the wings it really depends on many factors on how much something is.

For example H*oo*ters breaded wings are 4-5 each and their nekkid ones are 2-3 each. Whereas Domino's are baked in the pizza oven and they are 2 points but they also aren't breaded.

Same with Pizza -- Little Ceasars is 3 points for a slice of cheese, Papa John's is 4 points for a slice but still yet a pan pizza slice could be upwards of 10 points.

I know you are trying to be helpful but there are too many variables to say xx points period.

Remember I am only correcting this to help you and everyone else.
