Holly - Congratulations on your loss! Way to go getting in all that exercise. Don't dwell on what you would have lost had you stayed within points, but do use it as a motivator. Have you considered rethinking how you spend your points during the day so that you have some leftover for your late night snack? While it sounds like it's a behaviour you want to change, perhaps in the interim you can accommodate it while you're working to change it.
Judy - Congratulations on the maintain. I'm sorry to hear of your work-related upheaval on Friday. It's hard to see people go whom you've worked with a long time, especially in circumstances like that. I'm sure being in the throes of PMS didn't help. I'm glad to hear that you got your eating back under control on Sunday and even gladder to hear that you were able to get in some walking without any ill effects! Yes, I did avoid the Chinese food, but we won't talk about the Mexican food for dinner.
I did better this weekend. Not great, but better. I did get all my water in yesterday, which is better than last weekend. We actually cooked dinner both Saturday and Sunday, which helps. We'll see what the scale brings on Wednesday because I should really be hitting PMS bloat about that time. So, I plan on guzzling all the water I can. I have dinners planned out for the week, more or less, and I'm armed with low-point snacks. I've got my mind set for a good week. Let's all make it a terrific one!
