Water In take

  • I was just wondering, I know you are supposed to have about 8 Glasses a day *approx 64 oz* But I was wondering does it matter if its flavored water? I mean its no cal no fat no anything, but does it have to be just plain water?
  • Officially W/W states flavored waters can count for 1/2 of your required 6 (8-oz) glasses.

    Nutritionists/Registered Dieticians allow for 1/2 of the suggested 8 (8-ounce) glasses.

    However whatever works for you. I know many successful W/W who drink Crystal Light exclusively for their water.
