I have finally taken the first step and admitted to myself that I do need to lose weight, enough is enough! Procrastination can have a life of it's own sometimes, but I am at the point where there is no option but to move forward...
My goal is to lose 70lbs.... if there is anyone who is in a similar situation who would like to 'buddy up', that would be great! I could really use the motivation

I am new to this site as well. I have been on the weight loss journey for about 4 years. I am with Weight Watchers and I find it to be a great program. I just have to "do the program" and it will work for me. I get lazy and procrastinate-I have put off exercising much and I know I need to do that
