That's 16 weeks by the way!

Obviously I can't be at goal weight (I WISH!) but yeah, I'll jump in this one!
Let's see...
Christmas goal - 274. What do you think? That's 40 pounds for me. Well, it's something to shoot for anyway!
Hopefully I won't do too much damage on vacation!

I'd like to get down to 155 by Christmas. That will take me 10 lbs away from my LAWL goal. Although - I think it may be a little high from the weight charts I've been reading. That's right at 32 lbs. in 16 weeks for me. The think I need to work on most is exercising. I'm not doing it right now. I've also been eating fast food a few too many times. Need to limit that to once a week at the most.

I am about 6 weeks into the program and was on vacation for one week. I am down 8.5 lbs. so far. My goal date is just about Christmas time, and I'm supposed to be at 148 by then. Off to a slow start.

I'd be a happy camper if I were close to goal at Christmas! 16 lbs in 16 weeks should be doable!

I am in 25 pds in 16 weeks, I can do this, I will do this, and I am doing it for me I think I will add a ticker just for this.....Lets go Chickies.

I'll hop on that train! In sixteen weeks I'd like to be down 30 pounds. That would be a big difference, I'm sure. I went to the gym yesterday and today, did 20 minutes on the treadmill. I also had a complete physical this morning. I was a little afraid of exercising so I wanted to get the go ahead from my doctor and I was due for my yearly check up anyway. The good news is my heart is fine, the bad is that my blood pressure is up ten points from last year. I explained to the doc that I'm all achy during exercise and she gave me a prescription for Celebrex to take only on the days I exercise. My cholesterol wasn't so hot either. The good part was good, but the bad part was really bad. The LDL was 140 and its supposed to be under 100. She said that exercise will help a lot. So, I have another appt. in 6 weeks with her to re-check the blood work, and if it's not better she's likely to put me on meds for blood pressure, (125/85), and cholesterol, which I REALLY DON"T WANT TO DO. What motivation! When I was skinny my bp was 100/60! I'll let you all know if the Celebrex really helps. I took it once when I broke my ankle a few years ago and I felt like I could have run a marathon on that stuff. So... count me in for the Christmas Challenge!

whew..... my goal would be to lose 24 pounds by Christmas. I hope I get there.... you know how the pounds come off slower the closer you get to your goal!

I have a personal goal right now for 30 lbs by my 30th Birthday which is November 16th. We leave on Nov 11 to Mexico for 2 weeks at an all inclusive. So when we are back I will have 4 weeks to xmas. Because I know I'll have a few pounds to lose when we get back I'll add another 5 pounds on so that is a total of 35 lbs down by xmas. I've lost 7.8lbs so that means my xmas goal is 28 lbs from today to xmas!

I'm in! I have lost my first 25 lb goal. I'd like to lose at least another 25 by Dec. I'll give it my best shot.

mmm Christmas, I'll be at goal by then if i'm lucky. I'm SUPPOSED to be anyways..
But if not i'll say I wanna be 140 by then, in case I slack off somewhere..thats 30lbs for me =)

I'm willing pledge my weight loss at 28 lbs by Christmas. I think when we hit thanksgiving and then christmas we'll all need some serious hand holding.
