**Goals for September 2006**

  • Its that time again girls. You know what to do

    My goals

    September Goals
    • 1200 minutes exercise
    • Get up early and walk the dogs one morning per week
    • Hold 2 x 30 second planks, successively
    • Focus on and aim to eat 8 whole/super foods per day
    • Monitor calories in CalorieKing
  • - exercise 1020 minutes
    - 8 hrs. of sleep per night
    - try at least 1 new healthy recipe per week
    - See the 150's

    Goals for September:
    • 1150 minutes of exercise
    • Strength Train 2X per week
    • Run 2X per week
    • EVERYTHING eaten must be written down
    • No drinking calories (except for coffee)
    • Eat fish once a week
    • Eat at least 2 fruits or veggies per day
    • Blog everyday
  • 900 Minutes of Exercise.
    Lose 6 lbs.
    Cut out pickles!!!

    -limit myself to 200ml of milkshake a day
    -consume no more than 1300 calories a day
    -track all calories
    -drink at least 2 cups of water a day
    -track water consumption
  • Well...I'm back on track...just started Monday 8/28/2006. Here's to a successful September!


    * Write down everything that I eat/drink

    * Control my eating habits - 1200 calories max

    * Take multi-vitamin

    * Do some type of exercise daily

    * Do cardio (running/walking) 4 days per week

    * Lose 8 pounds

  • + 1800 minutes of exercise (at least an hour a day).
    + Keep water consumption between 120 oz and 150 oz a day.
    + No late night snacking! No food after 8pm.
    + Work up to walking two miles in 45 minutes or less (as part of my daily exercise).
    + Continue to log my food and exercise into a journal.
    + Cut take-out down to only Friday and Saturday nights.
  • September Goals:

    -Lose 7.6 lbs. (Get down to 180)
    -Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day
    -Focus on keeping my diet Whole Food Vegetarian (Minimal processed crap)
    -1000 minutes of exercise (3 strength training sessions a week and 4 cardio)
    -Journal, journal, journal!
  • Hi new on the site and back on the weight loss bandwagon, here goes:

    September Goals

    *Eat breakfast every day.

    *Exercise for 30 minutes everyday

    *Get the scale to 155

    *Develop eating plan
