    3 ozs, smoked salmon

    brown rice

    red wine

    L-WW tortilla w/mozzarella and tomato, spinach/mixed green salad, apple
    D-broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms stirfried w/shrimp and brown rice

    finally dropped a lb!!

  • ya know it may not be sonoma but I still believe in a little indulging every now and then. You've been doing so well so I don't think you should beat yourself up over a couple goodies.

    You should purposely buy yourself some treats that you feel are acceptable. I have a bag of dark choclate mint cups that run 50 cal each and a box of WW ice cream bars. I don't eat either of these every day but when I want something yummy they sure hit the spot. Also I'd rather have the occassional real treat than some funky splenda treat every day.
  • Thanks Batmomm and very good advice!!!! I bought some of those Hershey dark chocolate sticks at 60 calories apiece and they are really good, but I keep forgetting they are up there.

    B- WG cereal w/ff milk
    L- wrap w/ground turkey, black beans, light cheese, lettuce and tomato
    S- hummus and celery
    S- almonds
    D- pork cutlet
    couscous
    oven roasted veggies
    red wine

    20 minutes today!

    yum-2 mint chocolate cups

    2.5 mi run to work off the chocolate, lol
  • down another .5 lb!! guess this writing it down stuff really holds you accountable to being more truthful. I think there were a lot of little pitfalls in my eating before that I overlooked...

    B-2 WW waffles topped w/plain yogurt and strawberries, coffee
    L-out to mexican-inside of 2 chicken burritos and beef tostada w/guac, too many chips w/salsa though...
    D-homemade ww pizza topped with feta, mush, onions, tomatoes, roasted red peppers and grilled chicken
    Snack-spinach salad w/strawberries
  • B-WW bread w/PB before 4.3 mile run, then 1 egg, 1 turkey sausage and kiwi
    L-salad w/lettuce, tomato, avocado, turkey breast, lf string cheese and strawberries
    S-bag of DARK chocolate m&m's, have you seen these? in the purple bag-yummo!
    D-bed of lettuce w/tomatoes, roasted red peppers, strawberries and chicken salad, slice of WW bread

    ***I've had to ebay al the clothes I bought last fall, nothing fits!!! Also went on an Old Navy spree today...yippeeeeee
