I'm starting SBD tomorrow (ACK!) and compiling my grocery list as we speak (type).

I might be having an airhead moment, but I didn't see bell peppers on either the good or no-no's list for phase one. Are they allowed??? I hope so.....

Oh, and one more question, last one for the night, promise ..... is SF cool whip allowed in phase one (or ever for that matter??)

Yes bell peppers are allowed and cool whip, I had the book. Phase one is tough! So good luck!
