Get back to work and/or school and get off your butt more then you would any other month. Don't make this a monthly challenge for yourself, make it a lifetime routine! You can do it girls!

    My dauters go back to school Sept 5th! woohoo! it`s back to the gyum for me.. i will go to the gym (ladies workout express) (kinda like curves) at least 4 days a week! i`m usually there about 2 hours.. they have a tredmil and now a stationarry bike and a eliptical ..so ,,as long as my kids are not sick -home from school..oh heck even if they are home i do have a exercise ball and weights and

    I havnt been to the gym in about 6-7 weeks UGH...so i will get a new weight for ya on the 5th of sept ..

  • Excersize a lot! Eat better! Write a lot! What else is new!


    1 - 1 and a little more hour swimming - 45 laps in olympic pool. yay. big salad, prob too much. No writing.
    2 - a bit shy of 5 mile run ~50 minutes. yay. too much wine (good thing?). No writing.
    3 - 3.5 miles. No writing - maybe later?
    4 - 20 minute ocean swim
    5 - 40 or so hard run...(with group) - 30-40 minute weights.
    6 - 1 hour swim with masters
    7 - 1 hour spin class - writing writing...slow but sure wins the race....
    8 - I wrote a lot!
    9 - does making out count?
    10 - ummm hungover....

    11 - 45 minute run + abs
    12 - One hour spin + 3 arm muscles
    13 - 1.3 hour track workout - speed drills etc.
    14 - One hour spin + 6 minutes abs
    15 - 3.5 mile run...
    16 - scheduled day off - wrote some
    17 - scheduled long run - does drinking lots of booze count?
    18 - how did this happen?

    19 - 1 hour HARD spin class - yay.
    20- Track workout - 1 hour - total runing 3.5 miles
    21 - 1 hour HARD spin class.
    22- scheduled day off, though feel guilty about it
    23- tapering

    24- 5 mile race - about 9:10 pace. yeah.
    25- umm resting....back to classes. ARG
    26- 20 minute run arm and back lift - abs.
    27- 1 hour track work out - prob about 3 miles.
    28- 1 hour spin class.
    29- I meant to - I slept - 3 hours the night before
    30- 1 hour run = 6.12 miles...
