    Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea with Ham Soup; 15 saltines (3 points); smart balance (2 points)

    Snack: Core Frosty smoothie

    Dinner: Bone In NY Strip Steak and baked potato on the grill; fresh wax beans

    Snack: Popcorn with Smart Balance (4 points)

    Dinner: chicken or steak on the bbq, baked sweet potato, green beans
