Finally - I joined!

  • My husband was finally transferred to a larger city, so I took the chance and went to the closest LAWL center. I'm so excited! Today is my second day of Take Off, and I go back to the center tonight to get put on a plan. I'm really enjoying reading everyone's advice about the bars and supplements.

    I have 40 pounds to lose. Before joining LAWL, I had been doing WW and exercise.

  • I have only een doing this for 1 week.I have done weght watches,on my own,and south beach. I found weight watches easy, but lost little weight because I used the points for the wrong kind of food. South Beach, I was very successful, but could not stay with it. I am thinking LA would be good for the check in frequently during the week. I really want to get healthy and feel good about myself. I really want to wear clothes and not feel bad about the size.

    I lost 35 pounds doing ww last year and switched to lawl this past march. I had the same problems with using my points for the wrong kinds of food and then I would be hungry a lot. I love lawl because of the structure. I am eating so healthy now and so is my family.
