  • Monday- Walked on the Treadmill.
  • Tuesday: Hoofed it! I got in 2 miles in 35 minutes.
  • Monday..
    40-45 minutes of wts and floor exercises.
  • TUes.- Walked on TM.
  • Wednesday: 30 minute walk
  • Wed.- Walked on treadmill.... Woopie three days now.
  • Wednesday: 20 minutes water aerobics
  • Thursday: 30 minute walk
  • Tuesday- Ramp it up(40 m strength training/cardio)
    Wednesday- 3 mile WATP
    Thursday- 3 mile WATP
  • Thursday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Thursday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Friday- Walked on treadmill.... Oh happy me I made it a week.
  • Saturday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
