I seem to float from program to program and fad to fad. If I could take some sort of assessment test to figure out what program would work best for me, it would be GREAT!

The Perfect Fit Diet book is all about finding the right diet for you. I love this book. It contains a 48 page questionnaire to help you find the right diet for you. The book doesn't promote a specific diet, it's more of a guide to helping you find your perfect diet.
