It has been a while since I was here..
Mostly because my kids were out of school and I never got any computer time.. Also I was just LAZY..
First let me start by saying that I have now lost 70 lbs..
I did pretty good with the kids home during the summer.
My question is about Effexor XR..
I have high anxiety and stress..
With school starting back and I have a child that has a learning disorder I am EXTRA STRESSED..
So the Dr. put me on Effexor XR..
I hear this causing weight gain in a lot of people.
SO any advice from people who has taken the drug and continued to diet.
