Hi my name is Kathy and I live in a small town in S.E. Kansas. I do daycare in my home and have done this for 11 years. That is why i'm fat! LOL! I have a 10yr old daughter and a 6yr old daughter and a wonderful husband that I have been married to for 12yrs. I am 33yrs old and am totally out of shape and overweight. I have started the fat smash diet and I think I would do better if I had someone to talk to about it. Let me know if you are interested.
