SOS, Fat Pants Very Tight, Can't Breath!

  • OLD NEWS:
I haven't been on the forum since April and have been out of control with eating. I have had no time for myself and I trully find myself eating ALL the time. I have gained 26 pounds in 4.5 months Why do I do this, it hurts and I'm so ashamed.

    NEW NEWS:
I'm starting over girls. If I don't get my rear in gear, I'm going to spend my 30's like my 20's, wishing I was trim. I start WW on Wednesday night for the first time and I hope that I get the inspiration and the education that I need.
Last time I lost 20 pounds this winter I read this forum all the time and found some great friends fighting the flab also.

  • Welcome back!!
  • Ahhh I know the pain. In the same situation. But back on track and glad you are here with me!
  • Welcome back, from one Minnesotan to another!
  • Glad to be back, I can't wait until that scale hits 199. That will be amazing!
  • There is something magical about that number--199! I can remember holding to it for quite a while and being so disappointed when I passed it, but kept going further beyond Now it's been about 12 years and I can't wait to see that number on the scale again--my first big weight loss goal!
  • LOL I thought I was the only one waiting to see 199
    Good luck us !!
  • Hi and welcome back!

199.. ahh yes, haven't seen that number in SO long myself. Looking forward to it.

Sounds like you're on the right track. Don't feel so bad about the past, it's over and this is a new beginning.
  • I hope that by Christmas 199 would be a possibility, 46 pounds, thats probably unrealistic. But it sure sounds good!
  • Its 2.5 lbs a week. 46 Lbs divided by 18 weeks. Its do able. If you don't do it you'll be really close!
  • hey, I feel you. I have 3 pairs of pants that fit right now.
  • Welcome back - I hope you get renewed inspiration here. Don't ever give up!
    You can do it!
  • Welcome back!!
You off to a great start by doing what you have done so far!
    Good Luck!!
  • My first WW meeting was GREAT! I'm so excited for MYSELF and it feels so good They are a wealth of information and it was FUN. It seems like something that I can stick with forever and maintenance is key.
