Hello everyone
I have finally moved into the house, and am slowly getting everything unpacked and set up. I soooo can't wait until things are in their place, and regular routines can sneak back in.Okay... so now that the move is done, my plan is to try SB starting next Monday (28th). I have never tried SB, so I will be doing all I can to plan possible meals and snacks in advance, and keeping SB friendly foods I like ready and available.
Here in Canada, there are not a whole lot of SF options, so I will be heading over to the U.S. this week to do some grocery shopping, in search of some Phase 1 friendly items. Is there anything that you all suggest or recommend at all?
As for fiber, I read in the book something about taking a fiber supplement (such as Metamucil) 15 minutes before meals helps in various ways. Does anyone do this, and if so, which products do you find the best, as far as ease of use is concerned?
I appreciate everyone's suggestions and help up to date. Mentally, I have been preparing myself for this major lifestyle change for a few weeks. With any luck, I will be able to stick it out and make the most of what this program has to offer, for my health and my weight.

Chal!
Here's a link to the EMergency Handbook for Phase 1 that includes the Food list for Phase 1 to help get you started... And we do have folks that use Metamucil or SF benefiber..Ilike the chewables, some take a glass of metamucil with their meals...Good luck!
