You don't
have to eat snacks, if you don't need them. You can save those points for mealtime. Personally, eating snacks helps me to keep my blood sugar level, but if you don't have a problem with that, or hunger, I don't see why you should eat when you don't want to. Although you didn't ask for advice about this, I highly recommend that you begin eating your flex points. The higher number of points you eat while losing, the higher your maintenance points will be.
