Over the course of the last 2 years, I have gained back some weight. I got on the scale this morning, and I have decided I have had ENOUGH! I didn't go thru all that pain for nothing. I got down to a low weight of 215lbs. I am so embarrassed to say that I have gained back...65lbs. 
Ladies, I HAVE to get back on track. Please, give me any and all suggestions to help, please. So far, this morning, I am doing OK...here's what I've eaten so far today:
Breakfast: 1 egg cooked in pam, 1 strip of bacon
Snack: 1 medium bannana, 1 slice of cheese, 3 slices of Healthy Choice chicken
I have GOT to stop the constant snacking/grazing and get my butt into gear with the exercise!
