11 days ago, the scale was bouncing between 295.5 and 296, so I'll assume I weighed 285.75 and count it as 10.25 pounds lost 
Today starts my 3 days of eating whatever, but I don't want to get too crazy, so:
- bowl of granola and almond cereal w/skim milk
- lunch is so far undetermined--I know I'm going out with someone at work, so maybe they'll have a salad bar?
- Subway 12" sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub on honey oat bread (or Panera if we end up going to the movies, since Panera is right next to the theater)




Hopefully, though, I've satisfied my junk food craving with some of the sweet sauces on the chicken, so I'll be better tonight and over the weekend
