I'm starting to get discouraged about WW all over again. I do really well for about the 1st 5 weeks, losing consistently and feeling pretty good, and then it starts. I find myself munching on stuff even when I'm not hungry and even though I'm staying within my points targets I start to gain weight. Last week I was up 1 lb. and I'm hoping that is simply because of the lovely lady friend that comes to visit every month.I just recently dropped below the next level and lost 2 points so I'm battling with that - can't seem to get my mind to realize it's only 2 points!
What can I do to stay on track? Help!

I don't know if you have an exercise plan but I would either start a consistent one or step up my old one. The worst part about getting discouraged is not letting that overtake everything. I used to want to just give up if I had one bad week but I know if I stick to my WW plan it will be okay.
