  • Well here it goes, first of all I am a M I hope that is okay on a "3 Fat Chicks" forum, second 2 years ago I had great success on a Low Carb WOL. After maintaining my weight some of my bad habits creeped back in - I am one of those people that realize LC is best for me (I recognize that for different people different WOL work better). Anyway, I have recommitted to the LC WOL and this is day #2. I know for me the key is the next 30 days to create the new habit, and I must not get discouraged if over the next few days my intensity at the gym is not as great - I do go to the gym 6-7 days/week. Anyway, hello to all.

    Babe if you had 2 heads and 28 eyes it wouldnt bother me. You're here because its a good place to be. Anyhoo I'm 1 fat chick, I'm 5'4 tall (and wide) ha ha ha NO.... seriously. Im currently a heavyweight at 224 and I would love to get down to 168. If you keep chatting to us 'birds' you wont ever get discouraged, **** I can give you tons of support, just cant give it to myself!! I'm in London so the time difference means we might miss each other but thats cool we will catch up. I'm gonna be counting my calories although am seriously considering having a look at the South Beach Diet, and I said look.... not try.
    GYM............blah.............swearword!!! I want to loose 28lbs by Christmas and the rest by my 34th birthday next April. Hope to hear from you soon, keep ur chin up and never tell yourself you CANT do this.... theres no such word, CAN comes first!!!!
