    Snack:
    Fat free plain yogurt with blueberries and walnuts

    Lunch:
    2 slices reduced fat swiss cheese
    2 pieces of Kavli crispbread
    peach

    Snack:
    Trail mix w/dried fruit, seeds and almonds

    Dinner: TBD

    Light string cheese, pineapple rings

    Lunch
    Tuna salad, Kashi TLC crackers, yocheese with blueberries

    Snack
    dried cranberries and almonds

    Dinner
    Broiled tilapia, steamed broccoli

    L-*ww pasta, *gr turkey stroganoff, peas, *romaine salad
    S-*blueberries&*yogurt, *honey
    D-*boca burger (soy?),* sweet potato fries, *raw cauliflower and yellow (and green) pepper
    S-dark chocolate, tea

    S: no time--in a seminar all morning
    L: Salad of spinach and baby greens, waltnus, pomegranate seeds, chicken blue cheese and raspberry dressing
    S: hmmm, I'll have to think about that
    D: big salad made with romaine lettuce, chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, orange peppers and a glass of red wine.

    I'm really on an apple kick lately. Thank goodness it's not something like cookies or donuts or ice cream!

    No, I don't think so. I don't think she is trying to lose weight--in fact, I'm pretty sure she doesn't need to lose anything right now. I just thought it interesting that you live in the same place. Wouldn't it be funny if you knew each other!!

    B'fast:
    oatmeal with raisins and walnuts and 1% milk
    whole wheat pancake with 1 TBSP natural pb
    snack:
    16 oz ff latte

    lunch:
    large greesn salad: romaine, turkey, tomato, hb egg, 1 oz blue cheese
    Lighthouse ff sesame ginger dressing

    snack: 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese

    dinner:
    salmon, green beans, red potatoes
