I have an exercise bike and a weight machine so I the equipment, but sometimes its hard to get the motivation. I am trying to walk (rain or shine) 2.5 miles a night after work with a couple of friends plus I do my bike in the morning and I stretch and do Pilate type things (I haven't worked up to the actual work-out yet.) Turning on the radio and dancing is so fun, both my kids like to join me. I'm also thinking of getting a jump rope.
