I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.
If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.

but you should try out the dance workout classes at a gym. I take some at 24hour fitness, and they are so much fun, and they have girls of all shapes & sizes in the classes, just having a good time- and honestly- feeling sexy!

It's strength training day today, so I will try to get that in later...DH said he'd exercise with me, so.
That's down from 295.5-296 exactly a week ago. I did not go off plan once all weekend, which for me is a major accomplishment. I should have drank more water instead of the sugar-free Kool Aid, diet sodas, and light lemonade, but it looks like I did just fine anyway, and I know I'll drink at least 2 liters every weekday at the office. I just feel so much safer to be further away from that 300 mark...I was really creeping up there, and I don't ever want to cross it again!


on seeing yourself as a 'normal' fat girl now, it won't be long til you are looking in the mirror and seeing a 'normal' girl and you won't be fat at all
that is great news that you have got through the first week on your plan and that you lost such a great amount of weight. You should be very happy with yourself.
